Our area of expertise is high quality work, with specialized craftsmen in all kind of works related to building or renovation: stone masonry works, brick walling, internal and external sandblasting, tiling, plastering, electric and water systems, wooden roofs, internal and external window framing, etc…
Our plans and designs try to respect the character and original structure of the property, giving a high care in reusing original and historical materials of the house, such as  clay “cotto” bricks, wooden beams, “Maiella” stone and adapting them with new building technologies such as sound insulation, panels, waterproof mantel, etc…

Full interior and external preservative renovation of our Italian client's country house, with the demolition and rebuilding of a wooden roof, reusing pre-existing beams and roof tiles, sandblasting of internal walls, new plastering, new tiling, new electrical and water system  and reutilization of original external window frames and doors.

Pollutri (Abruzzo)
Complete preservative renovation of our Italian client's town house in the historical centre with roofing replacement and adjustment, using old original roof tiles, external wall sandblasting, internal sandblasting of the small vaults in bricks, new iron and wooden stair case, removing upward moisture in the basement, interior and exterior drainage, rebuilding of the terrace in old brick tiles, interior tiling in old clay "cotto" tiles, creating a brick arch between the kitchen and lounge room and bringing back to use a pre-existing fireplace in bricks.

Carpineto Sinello (Abruzzo) IN PROGRESS
Preservative renovation of our Scottish client's ancient baronial mansion with roof demolition and rebuilding, using new laminated timber beams, matchboard, insulation board and insulation sheathed boards, total sandblasting of external walls,  cleaning of original local “Maiella” stone around external window frame, reinforcing the small vaults in bricks with gypsum grout.

Pollutri (Abruzzo)
Renovation in modern style of our Italian client’s country house with demolition and raising of the attic floor, to realize a double bedroom, with bathroom en suite and terrace with sea view, new plaster, new electric and water system, new internal and external window frames, new tiles, bringing back to use a pre-existing fireplace in bricks.

Atessa (Abruzzo)
Conservative renovation of our English clients’ country house with demolition and anew reconstruction of a part of the building in reinforced concrete, as the intended use changed, from barn to kitchen, and in addition a bathroom and garage.
The rest of the country house has been renovated with interior and exterior drainage, replacing tiles and paneling, new electrical and water systems, new interior plaster, exterior brick wall sandblasting, bringing back to use interior and exterior window frames, and pre-existing roof insulation with waterproof panels.

Casalanguida (Abruzzo) IN PROGRESS
Renovation of our English clients’ country house, with interior and exterior drainage, removing upward moisture on walls, demolishing and raising part of the walls, total rebuilding of the roof, with wooden beams, laminated beams, small under-roof bricks, waterproof insulation mantle, and original clay roof tiles.

Archi (Abruzzo) IN PROGRESS
Preservative renovation of our Belgian clients’ country house, with replacement of the old roof with a new one, using natural wooden beams, matchboards, and waterproof insulation mantle and original clay roof tiles.
Exterior and interior sandblasting of the stone walls, interior and exterior drainage, new electric and water system, floor heating system, photovoltaic electric system, new interior plastering, new tiling in “cotto”, sandblasting of some of the interior stone walls, utilization of original wooden window frames, renewal of interior doors, realizing two suite with bathroom en suite, completing stone stair case, building two new stone balconies.

Pollutri (Abruzzo) IN PROGRESS
Renovation of our American client’s country house, demolishing and rebuilding and partially extending it using reinforced concrete, with new tiles, electric and water system, plastering and interior and exterior window frame.
The remaining part of the house has been subject to a preservative renovation,  reusing the original roof and also interior and exterior window frames, interior and exterior wall sandblasting, new electric and water systems.
